Chravel Advertiser Terms

Terms for advertiser applications, campaign review, creative standards, managed orders, Stripe-hosted invoices, measurement, and paid-placement disclosures.

What these advertiser terms cover

The Chravel Advertiser Terms supplement the general Terms of Service for businesses applying to advertise on ChravelApp. They explain that advertising is currently a managed service: every advertiser, campaign, creative, price, and delivery window requires review, and neither an application nor a payment guarantees acceptance or performance.

The terms require truthful, substantiated creative and lawful landing pages; prohibit deceptive, unsafe, infringing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful advertising; and give Chravel the limited license needed to format, display, and measure approved creative. Paid placements are identified with a clear “Paid advertisement” disclosure that advertisers may not remove or obscure.

Targeting is limited to options Chravel offers, sensitive or unlawfully discriminatory targeting is prohibited, and advertiser reporting is aggregate rather than traveler-level. Campaign orders define price, currency, dates, and any guaranteed deliverables; Stripe hosts invoice payment; and delivery starts only after the required review and cleared payment. The terms also address tax responsibility, invalid traffic, make-goods, suspension, indemnity, changes, and survival.
