Less Chaos · More Coordination
The agreement between you and Chravel, Inc. covering accounts, acceptable use, content, payments, liability, and how disputes are resolved.
What these terms cover
The ChravelApp terms of service set out the agreement between you and Chravel, Inc. for using the product. They describe the service — a coordination platform rather than a travel agency or booking agent — the eligibility rules, the rules for creating and keeping an account, and what counts as acceptable use, including the conduct that will get an account suspended.
Further sections cover ownership of the content you upload and the intellectual property in the product itself, the limits of AI-generated output and the need to verify it independently, third-party services and bookings, payments and subscriptions, how privacy is handled, disclaimers of warranty, limitation of liability including a cap on total damages, indemnification, termination, and how the service and these terms may be modified.
Dispute resolution is handled by informal resolution first, then binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with a class action and jury trial waiver, a small claims and injunctive relief carve-out, and a 30-day opt-out. The agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware.
