Can we set up a weekly schedule? Yes. Add each meetup to the shared Calendar so the standing schedule stays visible. Download it as ICS if someone wants it in another calendar. Automatic recurrence and Google Calendar sync are not on.
How do members say they are coming each week? Use Polls for a quick weekly headcount, and the Calendar so everyone can see what’s coming up and plan around it.
Can we collect league dues or split a tab? Yes. Payments lets the group collect dues, chip in for a rental, or split a tab without a spreadsheet or a chain of payment-app requests.
Does it work on iPhone and Android? ChravelApp runs in any mobile or desktop browser and installs as a PWA across iOS and Android. Android also has a Play Store beta. Members can open a trip from a link in any browser.
